Louise is a highly experienced & qualified music educator and instrumental specialist in harp, piano, singing and music theory; having taught music in a variety of educational settings, as well as privately from beginner to advanced. She holds a Master's Degree in Music as well as ATCL and LVCM teaching diplomas, and is a fellowship member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians. Students are encouraged to enter for ABRSM exams, although this isn't compulsory, and the primary focus is teaching the fundamentals of music with a solid technique and foundation, as well as developing a lifelong love of music. Lessons are available online or in person in Newark. Louise offers an inclusive, structured approach to learning using holistic methods that are centered around the learner's needs. Aiming to provide a supportive and safe environment, where students can fully explore and express their creativity, whilst learning the craft of their chosen instrument.
